STRICTLY NO CANCELLATION OF ORDERS. Fill-out and submit the form if you are 100% sure of your order. Please ensure all of your information are correct before submitting the form.
A confirmation e-mail will be sent 1-2 days after we receive your orders. No changing of orders once it is confirmed and secured. Cancellation fee is 50% of the total amount of orders.
We follow strict deadline of orders and payments. Failure to comply with the said deadlines will be fined Php 50 per day until the said amount is fulfilled.

FOR THE PAYMENT FORM: Customers must be able to provide proof of payment (picture/screenshot) after transferring to our account, otherwise your payment would not be acknowledged.
NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE policy.
For buyers aged 17 years old and below, be sure to ask parental consent first before placing your orders. Excuses like parents/guardians did not allow you to continue ordering and paying will not be tolerated, the cancellation fee shall be collected and you will be marked as bogus buyer.
PLEASE BE PATIENT. Shipping will be through NORMAL ETA (atleast 3-5 weeks from our KR address) but due to the pandemic, there are delays with the shipment of orders. We will regularly post updates regarding the status of the boxes.
We are not liable for any damage or loss caused by the courier. Rest assured that we will securely pack your orders to prevent such issues.
